Searching the Sudoc catalogue allows you to:

  • Obtain bibliographic descriptions

  • Find where a document is held in a library that is part of the Sudoc network, so that you can consult it, or ask for its loan or copy (Faculty & PhD)

  • Create bibliographies by downloading or exporting records

  • Save records (up to 100 records) during your search then download them

  • Access the full text of a document if it is available online

SciVal consists of 4 main modules:

Specific features

Create an account to get started: click on "Create account" in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then enter your email address (be careful NOT to choose the "sign in via your organization" option).
You will then be asked to enter your name and create a password.
