A new ESSEC MOOC, created by Prof. David Autissier and the Chaire Innovation Managériale et Excellence Opérationnelle, is now available on Coursera : Animer une séance collaborative.
Working in a collaborative way is choosing the collective intelligence, engaging the stakeholders and co-constructing: everything a hierarchical and descending organization doesn't allow. By the end of this MOOC, you will be able to:
