MOOC of the month (november 2023) : Stanford Introduction to Food and Health

You can complete thousands of MOOCs and discover a wide range of subjects: finance, cybersecurity, data science, personal development, languages... Not sure where to start? We'll suggest a MOOC each month, based on the recommendations of the ESSEC community.

This month's MOOC, Stanford Introduction to Food and Health, is recommended by Erwan Thomas, instructional designer at the K-lab. Starting with theory about nutrients and exploring the recent evolution of our food habits, this course is a 3-week journey that ends with a cooking workshop and practical tips for grocery shopping and preparing food that supports your health.
