A new version of the MOOC "Diversity and inclusion in the workplace"
An updated version of the Diversity and inclusion in the workplace MOOC starts today. Co-developed by Management Professor Junko Takagi and the K-lab, this is an introductory MOOC on diversity and inclusion designed to help you to appreciate why this is an important issue for organizations and how we can conceptually understand diversity and inclusion.
Within this framework, this MOOC presents a cognitive approach to considering and managing diversity and inclusion at the individual level.
