Recent geopolitical crises, maritime tensions and global supply chain disruptions have shown that the era of linear globalisation is giving way to a more complex and interconnected business environment. In a world market by persistent uncertainty, the ability to develop international markets is increasingly linked to the ability to secure, optimize and adapt the flows that support them. In response, ESSEC created the International Business and Supply Chain Management (IBSCM) program, bringing together two complementary disciplines: international business and supply chain management.
The program is designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge of global business strategies, international trade, cross-border operations and supply chain optimization to navigate international markets and develop business opportunities. Students learn to analyze foreign markets, develop market-entry strategies, navigate cross-cultural negotiations, and manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, customs and logistics flows. Combining a broad international perspective with strong analytical and technical skills, the program prepares future leaders to optimize global operations and build resilient, efficient supply chains in an increasingly unpredictable global economy.
Delivered in partnership with CY Cergy Paris university, this two-year English taught program leads to a dual degree from ESSEC and CY Cergy Paris University; a French degree registered with the RNCP - RNCP42364 (Level 7).

The IBSCM diploma is accredited by the Moroccan Ministry of Research and Higher Education, a testament to the school's academic quality and established institutional presence within the Moroccan higher education landscape. The program also leads to a Master’s degree from CY Cergy Paris University, registered at Level 7 in the French RNCP - RNCP42364, and recognized within the French higher education system.

The academic excellence of ESSEC’s programs is recognized through its international standards in management training, placing the school among the leading institutions worldwide to hold the prestigious “Triple crown” of accreditations: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
