New ESSEC MOOC: Managers du changement
The “Managers du Changement” (Change Managers) Mooc starts on September, 18th. It aims to show managers the key role they play in change projects and provides practical and tangible answers to the question "How to manage change with your team on a daily basis?” For this purpose, this Mooc offers 6 sequences with analyses, tools and numerous testimonies. Its content is illustrated by testimonies from COVEA managers.
This Mooc highlights five key skills to implement change with a team at a local level:
- Prioritize and manage the scope for change
- Translate changes
- Co-construct in collaborative mode
- Manage the different types of behaviour
- Leading and anchoring change in a sustainable way
