MOOC of the month (October 2024) : "Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking"

Every month, the K-lab showcases a new MOOC (Massive Open online Course). October's MOOC, Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking, will enable you to improve your communication skills, but also to better decipher the arguments and speeches of others.

Taught by Harvard professor James Engell, this course draws on the speeches of American politicians to teach you how to express yourself and persuade effectively. Learn how to get your message across, both orally and in writing, and how to recognize how others try to convince you. These notions contribute to developing critical thinking skills, which are essential in both the professional and personal spheres.
