2024 Global Trading Challenge: Registration Open
Bloomberg is offering students the opportunity to test their skills on investing $1 million virtual USD. Students partner up in teams to take part in the Bloomberg Trading Challenge and compete against other students from all over the world to try to generate the highest relative profit and loss return (P&L) via the Bloomberg Terminal. During this challenge, students will experience firsthand what real-world investing looks and feels like. Teams use the Bloomberg Terminal to define market assumptions, develop a return-generating strategy, and execute trades within a closed network.
The K-lab provides ESSEC students with 12 Bloomberg Terminals in the FinLab.
How to register?
Students should form teams of 3-5 persons and nominate a captain. The team must be led by a faculty advisor.
Registration is open until September 29, 2024, 05:00 PM (New York Time EDT). The challenge will take place between October 7 and November 15.
